I offer a half-day, non-certified course for beginners or people with some shooting experience who want to brush up on their skills with coaching from an NRA and Texas DPS certified pistol instructor.

In this course I cover handgun functions, including pistol and revolver, ammunition types, advantages and disadvantages of various handgun choices and calibers, as well as dominant eye check, stance, grip, sight alignment, safe handling, cleaning and storage of a handgun. While this is NOT an NRA certified course, it covers highlights from some of the best and most intensive courses available. The course is tailored to the time, ability and availability of the student.

Students who take this course are sure to pass the Texas License to Carry course with ease.

Students who take this course will need a handgun and 100 rounds of ammunition. I have several handguns available for rent and may have ammunition (please see the tab on the website.)

The cost of this course is $100. It requires a minimum of two students and is by arrangement.
